Refund policy


Returns

We hope you love the products you purchase from us, but in the event that there is an issue that requires a return, please notify us as soon as possible. You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. 

For DAMAGED PRODUCTS, we will do our best to replace the product. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged item. In the case that the product can not be replaced, we will refund your money.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Final Sale

Items described as Final Sale items cannot be returned. All clearance items are Final Sale and may not be returned or refunded.

Examples of non-returnable items: 
- Special Order Products
- Perfumes or Colognes
- Boot or Hat care products such as  Cleaners, Sponges, and Brushes 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that any restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@wanderingcowboys.com with the subject "Missing Refund".


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@wanderingcowboys.com with the subject line "Exchange Request" and send your item to: Wandering Cowboys, 39340 IH 10 West, Boerne TX 78006, United States.
